On the Block Trade Candidates:

Mike Lowell or Adrian Beltre(I messed up and forgot about Longoria when i picked Lowell)

Watch List Players:

Adam Loewen - Could be the ace of the Orioles staff. Could be a good strikeout pitcher if he lowers his walks and improves his location.

Mike Sweeney - He batting very well in Spring Training. If this carries over as the starting DH of the A's, he would be a valueable asset to me team

Jay Bruce - If he comes out guns blazing in April, I could desert one of my bench players for him.
